Varmageddon

I have playing around with the 55gr in my 223 AI they shoot well enough to give me consistant groups hovering around 1/2 "" mark. I shot a couple of goeghers with them at about 150 yards and I would say they give the same effect as a Blitz King

I bought a few hundred 55 grainers because they were cheaper than the vmax.
Most accurate bullet I've loaded in my .223 so far. Not as happy with the terminal performance compared to the vmax though, these bullets seem to hold together longer.

I have some for my 223 55 gr. when I'm done shooting up my vmax I'll start using them. I did work up a load with them and they seem a bit more accurate than the vmax. I also have some 70gr 6mm on Bo at cabelas. Don't think anyone has seen them yet.

I have used them. Although accurate, no more so than the VMax in my rifle and, like others, less explosive. I have used the Nosler, Barnes, and Hornady. I like the Hornady. Best all-around performance in and out of my rifle, as well as competitive price.

I'm not impressed. IMO the VMax is a better bullet. More accurate and more explosive terminal effects. Sadly I bought a ton of 224 varmaggedon. :(

maybe we can work out a deal on them if you don't like them. PM me if you want to get rid of them
