I bought a rifle at auction labeled repeater cal .22. I need the vast and infinite wisdom of CGN to help me identify it. I thought it was a Cooey but it has no identification on it.

Barreled action from a Cooey Repeater. Later became the Model 60. Can't explain the number applied to the receiver.
If you are really desperate for a stock, I might have a beater that would serve as a handle.

that number is one of the old sticker numbers issued when registered. some ding bats engraved them onto thier guns
Old stickers never started with CA. They were normally 7 numbers long.

Closer to the firearm marking requirements for imported guns.

Ive seen guns imported with CA - example 25 for Canada 2025.
