Stopped into Pro Bass to-day when leaving Toronto. The reloading supply shelves are next to bare. Very scant selection of bullets. Almost no brass. They had 2 bags of .375 H&H so I took one and left one for the next fella. They have some IMR powders, no Winchester powder, there is some Alliant in RL-17 and two others.

Appeared to be a good selection of shotgun ammo, and they were stocking the shelves with more while I was there. Also seemed to be a reasonable amount of centre fire ammo. Rim fire ammo was scarce, a bit of Winchester.

Pickens were very slim.

i was there 2 days ago and they had some winchester powder.. 289 or something like that.. for the 22 hornet... but yeah reloading was a ghost town.... but a friend did pick up a 10/22 stainless camo for 269... so he was happy about that

I don't even bother with BP for any reloading supplies. Disappointed every time I've even looked while there for fishing stuff. I call Rouge River Arms in Aurora first, and will even wait if they can get it within a week. Otherwise (and I hate to do it) I order online. Never have an issue ordering online UNLESS it's consumables like ammo/reloading components. Granted, I just did that this week~.20cal Sierra BlitzKings. :)

Your right about the reloading section having nothing and what they do have is way over priced. I don't stop there anymore, just a waste of time.

bass pro = low stock, HIGH PRICES

I gave up on them, when they quoted me $79.95 for 1000 small rifle primers.
Everything else is overpriced as well.

Bass pro will price match from what I've been told.

Also before all this shortage stuff, they had good stock, but high prices.

I only ever buy dies (there shelves are stacked as of last weekend with all types)
and the odd selection of bullets

as stated, very hefty prices on everything else

Cabelas is suppose to take the old futureshop spot on mapleview in Barrie this summer. Just off the 400 for those of you from the big smoke. They are just as bad as Bass Pro but might make some competition for them and the local barrie Canadian tires.
