Vault Distribution - Kel Tec warranty work experience

Just dealt with Vault Distribution to fix a kel tec, they did a great job. sent them the broken part and they got me out a replacement to my door in 2 weeks.
Had a chat with their gun smith on staff about hearing they werent giving good service, he said they had their gunsmith leave this year and with covid
short staff but they are all sorted now. If anyone has any warranty work they need done I recommend hitting them up.
The guy i dealt with made sure the problem was sorted and in a short time.

When I had a kaboom on a new PMR 30 Vault was good to deal with. Even tho it took them a few months to get and send me out a new replacement pistol they were very communicative through out the whole process

In my case all went well with the exception of Vault waiting for the part from Kel-Tec which was beyond their control.
