Vault got NR approval for the Kel-Tec KSG!

I've found them in the US for just over six hundred bucks. Given there doesn't appear to be any difference between the CDN model and the US model (unlike the caliber and barrel changes required of the SU16 and RFB), is there any reason why I couldn't simply have Prophet River import one if the CDN pricing ends up north of 1K?

Yeah, I'm betting the price here is going to be painful. Dollar almost at par and all, it shouldn't be, but I dunno what all is involved in so far as taxes shipping etc. If it's more than 1K though they can keep it. It is a KelTec after all. Not a Bennelli.

If a $280 Sub-2000 cost's $700 in CDN then a $600 shotgun should be in the $1500 to $2500 range.

These will not be under $1000, Too bad nice shotgun(Little to much plastic but still nice)

No, it'll fall under the Firearms Control of the DoC's export controls. That should make it even easier to procure, which would logically drive the price down. I really struggle with the idea of Vault importing these with a higher price tag than an individual would pay to import one themselves.

I just received an email from Lanz letting me know that the KSG's will be here in February, and they they also asked if I wanted to remain on the list. Yes the price is higher than it is Stateside, but it isn't so far out of whack that I'd say no to one. Besides, they have awesome marketing photos...
