Looking into these as STEEL is hard to come by these days, at least in ON! Has anyone used these looking to load (12ga/20ga) namely 3" however options for 3.5" would not be entirely bad either. I see that BPI has a manual regarding VECTAN Powders but I have zero clue if it covers the anything beyond only STL. I have emailed VECTAN in France, but we will see what I get back from there, who knows?
