Hey guys
just wanted to ask who have tried those velco sidesaddles by ncstar?
I have the hatson pump action and would like to put an inexpensive sidesaddle on it but dont see any that fit it bolt on so the velcro way for me unless I missed a product.
if you have one installed on same pics if you don't mind...need some ideas..
thank you
Glenn.

Spend a little more money and get a proven product like the S&J hardware model or the SOE model of shotgun card. The difference in price is not worth talking about.

Be cautious of the saddles placement because the Hatsan forend pulls back over a portion of the receiver.

The S&J Hardware is probably your best bet for a velcro/elastic side-saddle.

Get the six shot version.

With a bit of practice; You can grab two shells at once. It makes for a pretty quick reload.

I'll admit they don't look as nice as the hard saddles like Mesa Tactical. But functionally, I think they're actually better.

I have a NCstar 4+2 6shell velcro side saddle on my 870.

I mounted it on my M4 but stock one the oposite side of my cheak rest. I cut a 2"x6"x 1/8" piece of cold roll steel and afixed it with 2 counter sunk screws.

The velcro held up for a couple years but it started to get a bit loose and wiggly from the fuzzy side getting worn out from being removed a few times and recoil assosiated with holding the heavy hunting loads. I replaced the cheap hook and loop "velcro" with 3M hook tape for mounting picture frames and now it is very firmly mounted.

Putting my spent high brass hulls back into the saddle has worn the rubber tube that holds the shells in place so I replaced the rubber hose with a new piece as well. I've had it for 4 or more years now and its not worth getting a new one at this point for me.....but as others have mentioned there are better ones on the market fo a little more $ that you maybe wouldn't need to replace the rubber shell keeper on or velcro. The NCstar was the right price and it sufficed for my needs

I make them myself,i get a cheap 12g ammo belt from canadien tire, and 3m Velcro strip.i secure the Velcro to the ammo belt with glue its call goop or something like that,i can make 4 x 6 rounds card with one ammo belt.

For the velcro. Only use the real stuff 3m brand.
All of our dSC velcro sidesaddles come with the strip
Ours like some of the other good brands on the market are made from US mil spec webing and elastic. It will last a lot longer then. the china mart stuff also it is can handle heat, oil and other stuff. This is our 6th year of making these. We sell many back into the US and to dealers , because are are the only company providing the sticky velcro strip and and cleaning pad in full retail packaging. In short, you get a complete package.

I don't mind some of the ncstar stuff..I'm not using this stuff everyday or I'd agree and get the higher end stuff ..but for some of us just messing around safely of course ncstar is just fine..now some of their stuff I agree isn't up to par such as the muzzle brakes for the sks's mine pin broke but ten bucks what do you expect others are just fine . I'll look your advises though thanks again
