theres a mennonite butcher around waterloo area that makes the best pepperettes around. They are vacuum sealed and reasonably priced. I can't remember the name but I will look it up for you.
If you can handle an hours drive try Noah Martins by Atwood. By far the best pepperette I have had, made by a mennonite family. Worth the drive. I will try to find there contact info.
