vent rib question

i have a winchester model 2200 and have been looking for a 28 inch 3 inch chamber with a rib barrel for it and cant seem to find one,the gun has sentimental value,is it possible to have one installed on the existing barrel and if so does anyone know who might be able to do this,,thanks
 
I sent a Beretta 391 barrel to Moneymaker Gunworks to have an adjustable rib installed a few years ago. I wish I knew a place in Canada to have one done. I have a model 12 Winchester I would like ribbed but I am nervous about sending it to the States and it not making it back.
 
Simmons still does them . Check their web page for the price list. I had a 28ga done maybe 4 years ago and by the time I got it back cost about 550 cd but the barrel could not be had new or used plus included a reblue

That's who I was wanting to do it 3macs. I sent them an email asking if they would do a Canadian gun and didn't get a reply. I thought maybe they weren't interested. Did you have to do any special paperwork?
