Vent Rib Red Dot Mount?

I am looking for a vent rib mount for an Aimpoint Micro pattern red dot.
Warne makes one but I can't seem to find one in Canada.

Does anyone know of a source in Canada or an available alternative?

You might want to check with Brownells.

On a side note, isn't that a good way to damage a shotgun rib?

Opticsplanet says manufacturer restriction from shipping out of US, so I assume Brownells is same story.

I've been reading up on such setups and no one has ever mentioned any damages. I haven't heard of any "slippage" either so at most might be some marring where the clamps contact the rib.
It'd be going on a Turk gun so not something I am worried about being marked up a little.

Could be, I was just thinking out loud... wondering how the rib would actually handle the recoil.

As far as the mount is concern, you could also check with Optic Trade EU. They're a friendly (resourceful) bunch.
