Versamax carrier welding

Does anyone know of a place that can weld up a Versamax carrier in Canada?
C-Rums in the states does them but they won't ship to Canada.

What is Casey charging to machine the load port and weld the lifter? Was going to get mine Vang-Comp'd at the same time.
