also take a look at the hole in the bolt that the firing pin pops through to make sure it isnt flared out. I belive Murrys gun smith web site talks about this and a fix under a popped primers heading

Ok so I volunteer you to stand in front of a 7.62x39 and 5.56 when they have to bust the myth that NVA were purposely not picking up m16s because they were inferior quality. Yep that'll do it.
