If you look in his post hx, he does state it is "tight" in his ad.

"tight" does not mean defective or un-useable as he is claiming it to be which means he mislead the buyer. You reap what you sow.....

After I already bought another one someplace else. Ask to return it for my money back. Which is not unreasonable.... Silence again....So I sold it for a profit 20$ Thanks again.

Umm... you sold a defective brake, passing a defective part on to someone else who has no warranty recourse? Ethics?
