That's pretty much the standard recipe for wet tumbling.

The Frankford Arsenal I have is 7 liters in capacity, but otherwise it's the same idea: put in brass, water, dish soap and citric acid (i.e. Lemishine). Tumble until clean then rince.

I run citric acid and dish soap in my ultrasonic.
