I had the good fortune to share a hunting camp with Andy Hahn in Argentina last spring and he is without question the most inspirational man I've ever met. I got to spend an afternoon shooting with Andy and I was humbled. Check out this video and I'm sure you'll agree.

It works for me. You know, a fellow (or gal) doesn't even know what he is capable of until his hand is forced. Your life changes in a blink of an eye, but your mind and passions don't. My view is take every single minute and live it to the fullest. Take that sheep hunt, go fishing, pack a moose out of the bush and sweat and curse, saying you will never do it again...then do it again next year. Those memories and experiences will stay with you forever.

That's awesome! I always wondered if blind people could try their hand at shooting clays. I was thinking a fitted shotgun, then a "scope" using a directional microphone wired to electronic ear muffs. Add a clay with some sort of noise feature and I think you'd be surprised at what could be achieved.

Don't think he's blind guys. Probably cerebral palsy or something to that extent.

Not sure anyone thought he was blind but he has a very rapidly progressing case of ALS....He was a normal, healthy hunter not that long ago. Puts things in perspective for sure.

I may have misread a post.

Regardless, great video. I had a friend's parent that died of Lou Gehrig's, it's one of the worst and most insidious diseases out there. :(
