Hello Everyone.
My name is Dan and I just purchased the FabDefense Glock conversion kit from Wanstalls. I did the transaction online and found the website very quick and easy to use. My kit was in my hands in a little over a week (I'm in Ontario). That was all good.
Unfortunately, when I opened the kit, there was a piece missing. I called the number listed on the website and spoke with a very pleasant, courteous and polite man named Gary. I explained my troubles and he said he'll check it out and call back. He did within five minutes! and told me the part would be in the mail! I just received it tonight and now I'm off to the range!
Basically, I want to say kudos to Wanstalls! They just earned a customer for life! Awesome job!
I just wish they were in Ontario so I could go in person and meet these fine individuals.
