Very rough M1 carbine still seeing active duty

Not too sure how it can see active duty with a missing rear sight
thats some risky active duty

I saw an Afghan police officer with an AK, not only was it missing the buttstock but the handgrip as well!! He had a piece of colourful ribbon tied around the trigger. Lol. Would have loved to seen him try and shoot it.
