VHS assault rifle

Not meant to start a 'war of words' here but do you think that calling this firearm an 'assault rifle' is going to help with your application for rcmp classification for permissable import and retail sale?

Let's not get started with what the anti- gunners think about this loosely used term!

Also, FYI dealers posts can be read by anyone without having to log into cgn or be a registered member.

Regardless, I commend TI for doing all that you can to introduce and import new firearms to the Canadian markets!


thats what i was thinking...not for the classification part...but for the assault description

unless this VHS is an automatic...its not a focking assault rifle.

We have decided to close this thread. Unfortunately the manufacturer still has not even annouced a semi-auto model yet. We are no closer now then we were in 2011. Even then a Canadian compliant semi-auto model would need to be produced and then the year + for the RCMP to do their thing. 2-4 years at best. Better to focus on projects that are either here are are at least in sight.
