I think I would sell the old skins or buy once new ones were needed...but Ya, I know what you mean. This sport can be expensive.

not to steal the thread but there is a new stock maker in Texas with a finished product similar to the AI with viper skins... it is not done on an AI frame...they are cnc machined and completely finished when they leave the factory... I'll have the first one in Canada by the middle of the week... I'll post some pics and a bit of info when I get it...

They do look pretty slick I'll give em that, if my CC wasnt already crying at the moment Id probably pick up a set for my AICS'd Remy 700... maybe in the future though

Haven't we bastardized Accuracy International's product enough by putting all our Rem700 actions in the AICS? Why do we need to buy ugly aftermarket skins? As if it wasn't beautiful enough to begin with... It looks like mounting a monopod would be difficult, but oh wait, side rails! I can attach my favorite tactical lazer/light or maybe a cup holder for my timmies onto it!
