This is a hands-on, in-store role that combines order fulfillment, shipping operations, and customer service support. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with customers while ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
Shipping & Fulfillment
- Prepare and package customer orders for shipment
- Generate shipping labels and coordinate outgoing shipments
- Ensure orders are accurate and securely packaged
- Maintain organization within the shipping and fulfillment area
- Assist with inventory handling related to outgoing orders
- Assist customers in-store and over the phone with product inquiries and orders
- Provide knowledgeable support on store products and services
- Help resolve customer questions or concerns professionally
- Coordinate with the retail and production teams to ensure smooth order processing
- Valid Canadian PAL (Possession and Acquisition Licence) – required prior to start
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail and shipping environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Assets (Not Required):
- Experience in retail customer service
- Experience with shipping/fulfillment or warehouse operations
- Familiarity with firearms, shooting sports, or outdoor equipment
