VIDEO ADDED COMPLETED SKS BOLT ACTION by Canuck94

That's probably the most accurate and expensive sks ever. Nice job.

Thanks.... I actually had most basic parts inna drawer! May surprise you that after having the barrel made, and a roughed out stock fabbed, and fabricating alot..... It cost me 'maybe' $300 and the scope is only about $150

Jesus Christ man!
Groups! Lets see some groups with that Frankenstein beast!

Here's the thing.... I built this gun about 5 years ago and basically only tested some factory loads looking for possible primer bulging caused by shoving a .310 bullet down a .308 bore.... And to give an idea of some factory ammo accuracy comparison. Since then, I haven't touched the darn thing!! Lol

My plan is, this spring I am going to finally get it out and start testing some loads. I just ordered some really nice custom swaged cast bullets with no gas check at 165 grains.

Stay tuned!

BUT.... Here is the best group I was able to squeeze out of a factory load. This is 5 rounds of Yugo m67 at 100 yards.

Holy hell!
That is pretty awesome.
Fine tuned hand loads will make that thing a tack driver.
Not out very far because of the cartridge limits but very cool.

I see only 6 holes, where the four? Just kidding.

The bolt pull action project is over for the time being so now I'm working on trying to make a legal SKS bullpup. The Canadian Firearm control freaks are as bad as California for stupid rules that accomplish nothing and only inhibit the legitimate shooter/hunter/collector. We can buy various bullpups but we can't buy the kits to make one out of a SKS. One of the rules to control the import of kits is that the stock has to be an integral part of the receiver.

Oh well, if it wasn't for stupid government intervention we would all be bored to death.
