Me mother's mom was a young lass that survived the Halifax Explosion. Lucky fer her & her family that they were up the hillside a fair distance from the harbor.
Every house in her area lost their windows with many injuries to folks from glass shards. Grandma got a few cuts herself, but nothing serious.

What JDAM did to large dumb bombs. this does to 2.75" rockets. Found out about it in a tv show about the OV-10E

Not quite. APKWS is a laser guided rocket, so a better comparison would be the laser guided Paveway series of guidance packages for dumb iron bombs.
