yes barrel not barell :) stupid typo I guess it's because of early celebration of a New Year :D

...according to factory specs it's 112.8 mm according to FRT 113 mm

I was going to buy and try, but then the pricing came in higher than a new Glock 17, S&W M&P, or Springfield XD and most other makes apart from HK or Beretta, so I'll have to Pass.

In my view these should be $450 tops.

Teapot,

Will you be bringing any CZ52 in 2011.?

P.S.

Just a reminder, I am one of the guys on your waiting list for Makarov also.

Looking good, range reports please!

Ok, went to the range today. What a nice gun to shoot! I've tried both plastic and steel frame models. Didn't notice much difference between the two, except for sights adjustment. The plastic one tends to shoot slightly down left while metal a little closer to the center and to the right. But it’s most likely the s**tty trigger operator. I didn’t have pistol targets so I used rifle target. Distance 15 meters; American Eagle 124 grain ammo.
Pros:
-Very light (almost none) recoil
-very smooth trigger in SA.
-convenient distinctive sights
-obviously more accurate than me (and way better than me with other guns)
Cons:
-Magazine is not easy to load (due to lips shape and spring)
-DA action could be better (probably main spring tension can be adjusted)
-Every third spent casing landed on my head (due to straight up ejection). This was a plus for guys shooting next to me :D
Overall very pleasant experience. Definitely my favourite gun.
