I would love to attend such an event with my No. 4's but I live in Vancouver and really don't feel like driving to Terrace! ( No offense Terrace!)
Does anyone know of these events/or similar happening closer?
I've tried searching the forums but usually get distracted in EE.

I believe there is a real good shoot similar to our in Vernon or Kamloops. I think its the Hefley Creek boys and a lot closer to your neck of the woods.

Apparently I'm was a bit naive in thinking that there'd be more interest in old gun shooting out here!
I'm a little jealous of the Calgary guys with their Classic BR shoots!
 
We here in Vernon have had a few rough years.

We now have land agian for a new range & hope to have it going this summer. Hopefully a 500M range eventually.

In the past we have had shoots every month that the weather (snow) allowed.

Our web site used to have a collection of pics you can see of the past shoots, but seem to be gone?
 
I invite you to come out and shoot at the regional and provincial Service Rifle matches in Chilliwack. If the rangers show up they will be shooting .303 as well.
 
I'm already working Buzzkill to come out and start shooting matches.I'll even loan him the Green Bastard if he likes. ;)
I think we almost have him hooked for the Sniper match.
 
Kamloops Target Sports Association has a Vintage rifle/ precision rifle match June 20th at their long range. Details can be found on the BCRA website.

Thanks to Longshot and friends, the old No4 has barely seen the light of day in the last year!
I really should get back to it...Anyone have a No4 front site tool? ;)
