I'm not sure if there would be any collectability on these or not?
From what I could find, maybe late 60's production?
OR, just sell them?

They are somewhat collectable, but you're not going to get rich selling them. They might command a bit of a premium over similar current production ammo.

Yup, shootable ammo for sure.
It will not pad your TFSA, so again just shoot them.
