Vintage sniper rifles

No, I only know one person with an actual LB sniper, and it's "less telescope", I can only imagine what a complete LB sniper is worth - $14-18K ?

I know where there is a matching Long Branch No.4 Mk I* T with matching REL CNo.32 scope, No.8 Mk II case, and No.32 transit chest. As far as I know, it is on the owner's sell last list!

Chamber stick and cleaning kit are more readily available in the UK. Cleaning kits show up on ebay UK (one on there now for 39GBP). I think chamber sticks can be bought from Fultons.

...

Or if you want a Lee Enfield chamber stick, you can ask me.

Call it sacrilege, but I'm very tempted to do a "clone". There's no way I'll get near the real thing unless I win the lottery. Any know what the contour of the barrel is?

The No.4 T conversions were rack standard rifles that were found to be especially accurate at the factory when test fired. Nothing nonstandard about the components of the rifle, just ones that flexed and wobbled in perfect symmetry.

There’s an all original Kar98 Sniper on the EE right now for the low low price of $12k!

The rifle in the EE isn’t legitimate. It has many issues, the most glaringly obvious being that J.P. Sauer never produced the double claw variation. It really should be called out as someone could be badly burnt. I attempted to message the seller, but his inbox was full...

Also, believe it or not, if that variant was original $12K CAD would be a steal. They routinely sell for $30K USD...
