With the dollar as is and if factory holds last year price retail price should be around $700

That is super affordable. That being said, if the price changes, don't say no without perhaps canvassing the group. I think there would be a market for this.

There is another Canadian company interested in this pistol. We made our offer now have to wait for the answer

How's it looking for production? It seems the factory is uninterested in full scale production of the gun, instead focusing their resources towards military rifle contracts.
I hope I'm wrong by the way, I'd be first in line for at least two of the new VIS.
