Vltor Modstock Cheek Riser options

Hey guys,

I'm in a bit of a pit right now. Just put an Eotech on my m14 build. Only problem is that it is sitting a bit too high. I have the rifle in a Vltor Modstock with the original vltor modstock buttstock. I have asked vltor if the carry anything when it comes to cheek risers, but no luck.

I am wonder if anyone has any suggestions....e.g., any products that they know of that might work, or any ideas for a customized cheek riser that would work on the vltor buttstock.

Tape something to the top of your stock or change another AR style buttstock that allows adapters or hight adjustment.
Two that come to mind quickly are the Magpul PRS or and CTR with risers, or some of the FAB products.

Your best bet is to go with a Magpul CTR (with friction lock) or MOE (no friction lock so they can have some movement) and then you can use the 1/4", 1/2" or 3/4" cheek risers.

Im sure you can sell the MOD-stock on the EE and have the funds to get a Magpul stock and cheek piece! I would personally go with the CTR, as the friction lock is very nice on it!
