Pretty sure you can only get them assembled. Armtac is the ones to talk to.

Yup, they don't sell stripped lowers. They have enhanced features so you must use their lower parts kit.

Yep we do sell complete lower receiver minus the stock. However, they are currently out and will be available within 2 to 4 weeks. I think we only got 3 to 4 left after filling the waitlist.
