OK I did something stupid!!!! First time at least today:dancingbanana:
I was trying to get the bolt out of a Voere Titan 2 rifle (double set triggers) and I pushed the plunger on the bolt sleeve and rotated the bolt sleeve to the left.
I now think I didn't need to do that to remove the bolt...just pull the front trigger not the back with the safety off.

In any case I have the bolt out of the rifle with the bolt sleeve on the back rotated to the left instead of the right and it wouldn't go back. Essentially I believe I uncocked the bolt while out of the rifle.

How can I get this to go back the way it was?? To be very clear I did NOT disassemble the bolt it is this in one piece!

Any help would be greatly appreciated .

So you've got the firing pin etc. in fired position with the bolt out of the gun, if I understand correctly. I'm not familiar with a Voere but I am with a Mauser. Grasp the cocking piece (at the back of the firing pin) in a vice / pliers, pull on the bolt body until the cocking piece is in cocked position and rotate the bolt back into the right position to engage and hold the cocking piece. Simple to do hard to explain, you might want to put something on the jaws of your vice etc. so as not to mar the cocking piece. --- John 303.
