Volquartsen 10/22 take down screw torque setting.

Just got 4 new Volquartsen take down screws. Put them on my
kids guns.
Does anyone torque the take down screws on their 10/22.
Might help with accuracy ?? Same torque every time??
I set my 1/4" drive torque wrench as low as it would go 35" pounds.
Seems good at 35" pounds.

I do mine at about 25 inch pounds and they work great. I worry about going with too much torque and stripping threads so I started torquing at 15 inch pounds and worked my way up to 25, never had a problem.

I just tighten them and shoot, no torquing here.
