Installation of the hammer is a little tricky if you are not handy/patient, but it is very doable. With the extractor, just watch out for the little spring that is in behind so it does not get lost. I noticed a difference in the extractor, but could not get good results out of the target hammer and wound up modifying the original to my liking.

I didn't have too much of a problem installing the hammer but found it a bit tricky with the extractor; the instructions were quite good. Perhaps there's a streaming video somewhere, maybe do a search on youtube.
When installed I found the extraction seemed more positive and the trigger less heavy and crisper; I'm very happy with the results.
