Volquartsen or kid aftermarket part

i want to buy these parts but i dont know what is better Volquartsen or kid? and is it a waste of money to buy a Volquartsen v block?

The KiD will cost more but worth it, also Jard triggers or Power Custom parts

i bought the kid parts and receive them yesterday. The parts look good and solve the problem of my ruger who jam every 2 rounds. The only thing is that the Guide Rod and Spring Kit is hard to install because it have nothing on the pin to lock the spring and the handle. The handle is also to big to fit on FS556 kit. (you have to grind the upper FS556 kit to make the handle fit)
