Jo-Brook in MB has them as well. As suggested above, order the hammer and extractor together.

That extractor can be a ##### to replace though, I'd strongly recommend doing it inside a clear plastic bag or you might wind up ordering a new spring and extractor pin. When I did mine I used a heavy clear bag that my gf got a set of bedding in. Man am I ever glad I did the way that pin impacted the side of the bag it would have gone clear across the room never to be found. A dental pick that I picked up at Princess Auto was also invaluable.
