I'm going to do some research on that mount. I'd like to see it a bit closer to the dust cover. Wonder if there is room deeper below the wood?

This scope is pretty good quality and very precise, i got 35 rounds of 375H&H with my Steyr Luxus and it kept it's zero, i would not used it for hunting but for the range it's doing well... JP.
