Was just wondering what happened to these red dots. Did they stop making these, was there a problem with them, or are they just that popular that no one can keep them in stock. I was just about to buy one when they seemed to disappear.

Seems they are making a version 2 that was a bit delayed. Late spring is the latest update for release.
