Have you ever been in there on a Saturday? It can be incredibly busy with customers, firing range and PAL courses. Not to mention it’s may long. Send and email and be patient.

Nothing irks me more than when I'm physically in a store and having an interaction with a staff member, and that gets interrupted by some jack-off that can't be bothered to make their way into the establishment like I have done.
Out of town and can't make it in? Fine, wait in queue (or on hold) like the rest of the customers...

Lmao the entitlement is unreal. The amount of people I've seen in stores that just sit, reminisce and bull#### with the counter staff is far more than people asking questions about something they actually intend to buy. Ever think the reason the guy answers the phone is because he realizes the potential of a sale is far higher than whatever conversation they are having with you?

Not all of us live in town like you do that we can just pop by the shop anytime we want
Some of us live 45 minutes away, and need something answered before we drive all the way in to find out it was a waste of time and fuel... that's what the phone is for...

But I guess that's the price of living in a rural area with my own shooting range out my back door

That you decided to complain on the internet instead of simply calling back on Tuesday, or just shooting on your range out your back door, says everything.

Besides, that's what these forums are for, to pass on feedback so they can improve customer service.
In today's world where your competition is simply a keyboard click away, as a store owner I would want to hear some feedback from my customer base.
