The Crossfire is an excellent value if you are on a tight budget. I do find however, that at high magnification that clarity and brightness takes a bit of a nose dive. The adjustable objective is helpful with this, and it is pretty good as long as you stay below 20X.
The Crossfire would get my vote. Used it in three rifles and it's currently on a Remington 700 in 7mm Rem Mag and still going strong.
Awesome, so for my measly .223 it would do just fine.
Mine started on my .223 and was amazing!
Look at getting some Talley lightweight rings to mount it with. Medium 30mm should be about right for that scope on a T3 lite.
