Vortex Crossfire for .22?

So I was looking at updating my scope for my .223 "precision/yote" rifle as it currently wears a Vortex 4x16x50 Crossfire. Would this be easily usable on say a Savage MkII TR in .22Lr?

Yeah it would work, I have the diamond back on my .17hmr.
