Vortex Open Box New Thread

Is there going to be a special section on the website, or do we just go to the optics section? Just curious, got a couple pages open to the items I'm hoping to buy, but they're obviously showing the regular prices now.

I forsee a website crash, I've got my eyes on 3 things.
The savings are fantastic, I predict alot of tire kickers clogging up the site

The amount of work and logistics is crazy, if anyone can make it work smoothly Prophets team can

We've done these a few times and, although the traffic is incredible, we've had very few issues in the past. Fingers crossed!

You bet. Just click on the link and they well all be there. It takes about 30 seconds for us to upload the list so we start it 30 seconds before the sale time. It can actually be ready 5 seconds before or after. Most guys start refreshing a minute or so before the actual starting time.
 
Feel free to but other orders and select all orders to 'curbside pickup'. We can then combine all of your open box items with other orders and get you an actual shipping quote. If ordering other items a head of time, please put this in the comments. If ordering open box items, don't take the time to add the comments as you may lose the item in the time it takes. Just contact us after all your orders are completed.
 
1. Remember, the item is not yours unless it is checked out. It is not yours just because it is in your cart. So, plan accordingly.
2. There are ways to check out quickly using autofill and paying by EMT. The EMT order is considered 'checked out' once you select it and complete. As ,long as the EMT is here in 24 hours, the item is yours.
3. If trying for multiple items you may want to buy one at a time, it takes longer to load the cart with more than one. If you do go back and get a second or third item, select 'in store pickup' for those orders. (so, its free shipping) and we will combine with the first order that you paid shipping on. You don't even have to pay shipping on any of the orders at checkout really. We will calculate shipping on all your orders combined and contact you once the sale is winding down.
4. If you have other regular items you want you can either do #3 or have those items already in your cart before the vortex sale goes live.
5. If you wish to pay credit card but you are worried you may lose the item while you are entering it, there is a credit card option for calling in to store later. This option MAY be quicker for you. Please don't call in right away as we only have four phone lines. The item is yours once you checkout, payment can come later.
 
Welp Vortex just made me a customer for life...

For anyone that has concerns about an open box / display / gently used Vortex from Prophet - don't be. Vortex's warranty is the best thing I've ever seen.

Previous to this sale i picked up a demo/display Gen 2 Razor hd for a wicked deal from Prophet. The scope was in excellent condition, the only thing that stood out as used was the box as the scope was in mint condition. When I was using the scope i noticed the tiniest foreign object inside the scope itself so i sent it off to vortex for warranty to be removed. Instead they replaced it with an upgraded brand new gen 2 Razor HD "E" model and had it back to me in 2 weeks.

Thought I got a bargain to start with but now it's a "Wow"
