We can take AMEX but only by phone. MC or Visa online only.

Again, you might be better off paying for the order by selecting 'phone in payment' and calling in an hour or two after you do the order

A few hints:

1. Remember, the item is not yours unless it is checked out. It is not yours just because it is in your cart. So, plan accordingly.
2. There are ways to check out quickly using autofill and paying by EMT. The EMT order is considered 'checked out' once you select it and complete. As ,long as the EMT is here in 24 hours, the item is yours.
3. If trying for multiple items you may want to buy one at a time, it takes longer to load the cart with more than one. If you do go back and get a second or third item, select 'in store pickup' for those orders. (so, its free shipping) and we will combine with the first order that you paid shipping on.
4. If you have other regular items you want you can either do #3 or have those items already in your cart before the vortex sale goes live.
5. If you wish to pay credit card but you are worried you may lose the item while you are entering it, there is a credit card option for calling in to store later. This option MAY be quicker for you. Please don't call in right away as we only have four phone lines. The item is yours once you checkout, payment can come later.

the current online POS MAY hold the item for a very short period of time but you need to get it checked ot ASAP to be sure you get it. Do one iutem, then go back for a second, etc but don't load your cart up and expect all items to still be there for you when you checkout.
 
We are now just over two hours from the sale.
At precisrly 1030, it will upload. If youare are refreshing the page at the time you will see the items .
It does does a few seconds for them all to load- so, if you refresh at say, 1030 02 (seconds) they may be showing but not all there. Within 5 seconds or so, all items will be showing

There will likely be a short time from when they show until they are gone again. In many cases it could be 30 seconds or even less.

 
Hey PR, whats the best way to get to the item i want right away?
Do I search from your home page by name or is the Vortex sale going to be a separate page of items to scroll through?

if you select 'call in payment' there is no hurry to call in , we are open until four today and the item will be reserved for you - ther eis no need to call in right away. thanks!!!!!
 
Got one that I wanted, thanks for making me spend more money :D

Will call in later and order a few more things as well.
