Many thanks to Vortex Canada for allowing us to liquidate their open-box and discontinued inventory again. We have done this a few times before and there has always been excellent demand.
As there is a big demand, we are posting this thread as a 'heads up' to give all of our clients time to look it over.
Please do not contact us to order these in advance. We want to be fair to all of our clients and we need to receive these and look them over first. It will be about three weeks before we have these on our website for sale. We will give notice so that all who are interested will have time to decide. We will give notice to the exact time that it will go live on the website, at least 24 hours ahead.
A few hints:
1. Remember, the item is not yours unless it is checked out. It is not yours just because it is in your cart. So, plan accordingly.
2. There are ways to check out quickly using autofill and paying by EMT. The EMT order is considered 'checked out' once you select it and complete. As ,long as the EMT is here in 24 hours, the item is yours.
3. If trying for multiple items you may want to buy one at a time, it takes longer to load the cart with more than one. If you do go back and get a second or third item, select 'in store pickup' for those orders. (so, its free shipping) and we will combine with the first order that you paid shipping on.
4. If you have other regular items you want you can either do #3 or have those items already in your cart before the vortex sale goes live.
5. If you wish to pay credit card but you are worried you may lose the item while you are entering it, there is a credit card option for calling in to store later. This option MAY be quicker for you. Please don't call in right away as we only have four phone lines. The item is yours once you checkout, payment can come later.
Grading:
A: Box is open but the item is like new. Even when looked over very closely, it will appear new.
B: Box is open. Item appears new but MAY, upon very close inspection, show very slight evidence of handling.
C :Box is open, packaging may be incomplete or incorrect. The item may show some evidence of handling, mounting, etc. Our experience with other liquidations for Vortex Canada is that even the 'C' items are excellent.

EDIT2: Barring a major catastrophe the Vortex items should be here in a day or two. We will confirm once they are here. We are planning to upload the sale on Saturday, July 13 at 1030 (10:30 AM)
EDIT3: Items have arrived so sale will go at 1030 July 13 Saturday MT.
Warranty: These items are fully warrantied by Vortex Canada. (obliviously and small cosmetic flaws on the open box items are not covered but function is still fully covered)

Pricing. The regular prices in blue are mostly the regular 'MAP' price we sold new identical items for. Our company or others may have some cheaper at times but these are for easy reference only. If you are interested in an item please research to be certain you are getting a great deal. Most of the regular prices are MAP. MSRP from from the Vortex Canada website are higher yet.
As we get closer to the sale date we will post up how the sale will work and some hints on how to get the items you want before someone else gets them.
