One of my "A"s had some obvious dings on it, which, IMO, should have been a B. But otherwise it's great.

Don't won't to whine in your forum, but if a customer believed there was a discrepancy on grading are there any options?

I dont want to complain either but I got something graded "A" and was missing the mount..

After the circus hoops you had to jump through to get your item you should complain.

I spoke with Prophet river about the grading procedure and Vortex does the product grading not prophet river. They are really helpful if you contact them or vortex.

Prophet is excellent to deal with, but they can't fix a problem they don't know about.
People need to speak up for themselves, always remembering to be polite and respectful while doing so.

Last year my C scope had a handwritten note saying "lenses not perfect". I found small dirt inside the objective lens (impossible to notice while using it). Good deal imo and I still have the warranty if something happens.

Also got precision matched rings with a stripped screw. I called Vortex the same day and I had a prepaid Purolator label 10 mins later. One week later I received brand new rings and some Vortex goodies (baseball cap, stickers and badge).

I suggest to call Vortex if there's an issue. They are good to deal with.

I got a B scope last year. It was more used after I held it for 30 seconds than it was when I got it. It was perfect. Also there is practically zero to worry about, as any issues other than small cosmetics will be remedied by vortex.

So odd lol my A looks like it was it was mounted on a rifle, thrown in an overcrowded safe, and spent some time larping or something
