It's brand new... looks like a decent deal.. would be a great rimfire scope! its basically a Strike Eagle minus a few options and elevation. I would buy it over the diamond back tactical for sure as I prefer the ERB-7C reticle in the Strike Eagle and PST Gen 2s.
