I recently bought a 3 and 6 moa vortex venom red dot sight for my benelli m4 or perhaps something else. Does anyone know if there is a mount similar to a sclarworks Rmr mount for a vortex venom that would fit a benelli m4 that would enable cowitness ?

Auuurrrrrg
Optics and the M4 has always been a bit of a PITA.
When I am running open class I typically just move the stock to its mid point. The more the stock is collapsed in the higher the comb height is.

The only way to get a close "co witness" would be to remove the rail and direct mount the optic to the receiver. OR. get a different stock or modify it to have an adjustable comb height. (The later wont cowitness but at least you can have a proper check weld)

Are you running the stock at full extension? I like to run at the middle position, and then a Holosun 510C on mine on top of the rail cheek welds just for me. Even fully collapsed, it is still sightable this way. I don't like the stock at full extension.

Getting things to Co-witness with an M4 is so hard with the low sights and the rail height (or even the Scalarworks setup).

My honest suggestion is get a low QR mount like American Defense or LaRue or something so you can take it off if you need to use irons, that's what I have on mine!

Dual illuminated RMR in Scalarworx mount is the ultimate in my opinion. I get lower 1/3 co-witness with the irons.

I tried a T1 in a low mount (Larue 661) but found it still too bulky on top.

Also - get a field stock instead of the collapsible. You can thank me later. :)
