So my strikefire is not longer holding a good zero. Any hit and the dot moves pretty drastically.

So it is time to test out this VIP warranty.

Has anyone sent out something before?

Did they fix or just replace? Not that it matters to me lol. I have a strikefire original so maybe even a replacement might be a good thing.

How long did the whole process take ya?

I'm just debating if I should send it now and be without optic this summer or to baby my gun and the scope and use it this summer and send it for work when I don't need it in the winter.

Thanks for any input

Contact them. The lady at Vortex Canada was great. Sent my crossfire in, and I think I had a replacement in my hands in 2 weeks.

Send it in. Takes about a month. I sent in a scope at the start of may that had a turret seized on it. They replaced the optic free of charge. All it cost me was shipping to the service center in Guelph. They stand by their word and do not BS.

Sent a old style Viper PST in once as the lit rectical on them wasn't as bright as the newer ones and they sent me a brand new one, took about 2 weeks total from when I dropped it off at the PO.

Have used them twice and both times replacement and about 2 weeks turn around. Email or call them before sending and let them know whats going on and that way when yours gets there they are already ready to go. Last time i sent one in i did this and as soon As my damaged scoped arrived a new one was sent out so it was about a 1 week without a scope. Great people there.
