Web Sales Associate
Victory Ridge Sports is hiring a Web Sales Associate to join our team in Barrie, Ontario.We are seeking an individual to lead our online storefront and digital presence. This role blends ecommerce management, content creation, and retail awareness—perfect for someone who knows their way around a product page and understands what makes customers click “add to cart.”
What You'll Do:
- Manage and maintain our website using WordPress & WooCommerce
- Create and update product listings (descriptions, images, pricing, specs)
- Design and update homepage banners, promotions, and web creatives
- Build and send email campaigns using Klaviyo
- Ensure website content is accurate, engaging, and up to date
- Assist with online promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns
- Monitor and improve overall user experience and site flow
- Experience with WordPress & WooCommerce
- Comfortable using Canva (or similar design tools)
- Familiarity with Klaviyo or email marketing platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to write clear, engaging product content
- Previous ecommerce or retail experience preferred
- Knowledge or interest in firearms, hunting, or shooting sports
- Basic understanding of SEO or online merchandising
- Experience with product photography or content creation
- In-person position based in Barrie, ON
- 30–40 hours per week
