haha-if you say so. Not the unfulfilled-I have seen that and for more reasons than I'm guessing you could point out. The boomer comment was ABOUT what you get when that's all you offer, but you understand my point better than me. Part of what I do is the hiring, and part of that is always trying to get $ out of the company for the best candidates. Both hiring and retaining.

Never argued $20 is a good wage, but I bet some people were reading and maybe considering it when the chorus of critics chimed-in. We all need to see gun businesses succeed in Canada, but sure...pile-on to VRS even if you don't live in Ontario or have any intention of working for this company.

We need gun stores to stay open. The fact that VRS needs to hire is good news.

This ad posting...and VRS response...could have been handled better. For example, make it sound like an entry level job if that's what it is. Or if a skilled worker is needed ( which is what the ad sounds like to me ) then post a wage that doesn't make potential candidates laugh out loud.

Hopefully everyone can agree on that.
