VTR detachable magazine

Evening,
Looking at a Rem 700 VTR in .204 cal . Would really prefer to have a detachable magazine. Has anyone installed one for this caliber or know who makes one?

I've been looking for the same info. There are kits available to convert the 700 to a DM, but I have been unable to find out if the stock needs modification.

I put an HS precision kit in a 22-250. 4 and 10 round mags.

Had to file for some extra room in the stock. Not cheap either.


Don't know about the 204 as they are a bit skinnier. Also check Badger Ordianance and Accuracy International kits. 223 should work.
