VX-FREEDOM 1.5-4X28 IER vs FXII-2.5x

I am currently using the FXII 2.5 scout scope, thinking getting one with more magnification

Anyone has experience with the VX-FREEDOM 1.5-4X28 IER? worth the switch ?

If the additional magnification is of value, then a change makes good sense. There is, however, something to be said of the simplicity of a fixed power scope...

if you can find one take it ... the only problem of the fxii is not adjust dioptric if i remember correctly.

however, are the scope quality of the vx freedom or 1.5-5x33 better than the fx2.5x? by quality, i mean the glass imagine.
If the scope glass is of lesser quality, who cares if it has high mag, as you won't be-able to see them anyway.

your eyes can tell only. but a variable on a scout or handgun is always to complicate for me. remain simple and practical.
